The order reaches the kitchen printer.
One configured kitchen printer, on USB or Ethernet. Drinks are not split onto a second printer.
Keep the customer in the sale.
The customer display is a station for the live basket and total. It is not a second manager screen.
The drawer follows the receipt printer.
A cash drawer connects to the receipt printer’s drawer port. An Ethernet address does not open it.
Payment stays in the workflow.
Teya POSLink is available where it is configured. Support depends on the provider, the device and the setup.

A screen, paper, or the setup the kitchen uses.
Kitchen Display and a kitchen printer can be used together. Neither one is required for the other.
Guests can start the order on the kiosk station.
It is its own installer. Payment uses the method configured there. It does not replace the till.
The counter is not the only place an order starts.
Staff mobile complements the till. It does not replace printers, the drawer or the terminal.

Hardware questions
Do I need new hardware?
Not always. Compatibility depends on the computer, printer, terminal and connection method, so existing equipment should be reviewed.
Which printers can I use?
BrandMyFood can select Windows printers and discover compatible Ethernet ESC/POS printers by IP and port.
Can I use a cash drawer?
Yes, typically through the receipt printer’s cash-drawer port rather than directly over the printer’s Ethernet IP.
Does BrandMyFood support card terminals?
Terminal configuration options and Teya POSLink are available. Actual support depends on provider, device and setup.
What is a customer display?
A customer-facing screen showing the live basket or current sale beside the till.
What hardware does a kitchen need?
A kitchen can use the dedicated Kitchen Display station, a configured kitchen printer, or both.
